RT Outsourcing Services Ltd 

Dear Readers, Now in India so many company is doing outsourcing. My friend is also doing work in BPO Sector. But he earlier was working with RT Outsourcing services Ltd.

He explained me this outsourcing is not too good. Then I asked why is not good. He said me salary problem is also there and work pressure also. He told me that every thing. Now he is working in Other outsourcing firm. Now he feels better.

Outsourcing is good as any work can not be done alone. We need the support whether it is in form of labor, machinery, fund and many more etc. We required the outsourcing but it should be true and faithful where we can find the career.

I worked at inTarvo Technology Limiyed ( RT) full time  ( less than 2 year) .

Pros: - there are no pros in working for this company for Past/Current/Future employees

Cons: - Unetgical group of administrative people. Upper management has no sense of ethics and are only concerned about their profit. My last working month salary wasn't paid till date. Its been more than 2 years .Please have a good process in place for F& F settlements.
